Scholarships
Two scholarships are available to former residents of Hillcrest that provide financial assistance to continue thier education beyond high school.

Orth Trust
The Orth Trust scholarship is open to individuals who have resided at least 30 days at Hillcrest and are seeking financial assistance to attend a college, university, technical or vocational program. The Orth Trust was established in 1985 from an endowment left by Alfred and Billie Orth. Georgiana T. Schoeny Endowed Scholarship
The Georgiana T. Schoeny Endowed Scholarship is open to individuals who reside in Indiana and are entering their freshman year at University of Southern Indiana. First preference is given to residents of Hillcrest, and second preference is given to students with difficult family circumstances such as abandonment. This scholarship is administered through University of Southern Indiana’s financial aid department and more information can be obtained by calling 812.464.1767 or http://www.usi.edu/FINAID/type.asp.
