A full-time position is available for a bachelor’s level case manager to provide Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services to all patients with addictions assigned to the team, including face-to-face services in the patient’s own environment. This position assesses clinical need, functional limitation, personal need and safety in determining a comprehensive plan for service delivery for patients with serious and persistent mental illness. Minimum of two years experience working with individuals with addictions required. This position provides on-call back up on a rotating basis. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or a human services related field with 1 to 2 years of addiction experience. Must also hold a valid driver’s license.

A position is currently available to coordinate the administrative services of healthcare as it relates to its affiliated corporations. Two full-time positions are currently available for a community resource specialist. This position will work with adults in an outpatient setting, providing case management, skills training/development and other clinical services to individuals in community settings. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other human services field. Experience working with adults with mental health issues preferred, as well as knowledge of community resources.

A full-time position is available at our Moulton office for a therapist to work in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy to children and adults. Position also provides clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment services to assigned outpatient populations to insure the delivery of excellent patient care. Must hold a Masters in Social Work and prefer licensed LCSW or must become licensed within six (6) months of eligibility.
